"We are glad to announce the first happening of our event on Oct 31, 2009. The event will be held at the University of Jordan at the Prince Al-Hassan Auditorium and will include sessions covering the hottest and newest technologies available on market today.", says the Jordan Remix website
This even is sponsored by many big and well known companies, Microsoft is one of them.
What is it?
The “Jordan Remix” is a community-led technology event held yearly to present, discuss, and build awareness around the newest and most exciting technologies and products. A distinguishing factor of the Jordan Remix from other technology events is that it’s purely organized and led by community organizations and members – hence the tagline “By the Community, For the Community.”
While this year’s Jordan Remix event is highlighting only Microsoft technologies, the plan is to open the event to other communities for the proceeding years; including Google, Oracle and Open Source communities.
Who should attend?
The event sessions have been chosen to accommodate several audiences at the same time.
- IT Professionals
- Information Workers
- Developers and Designers
- Project Managers
- CIOs and CTOs
- Business Executives
